{"id":15084,"date":"2023-07-19T11:10:09","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T15:10:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/enterarterd.com\/?p=15084"},"modified":"2023-07-19T11:10:09","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T15:10:09","slug":"fallece-rafael-bello-andino-uno-de-los-funcionarios-y-hombre-de-confianza-del-expresidente-balaguer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/enterarterd.com\/?p=15084","title":{"rendered":"Fallece Rafael Bello Andino, uno de los funcionarios y hombre de confianza del expresidente Balaguer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Falleci\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles Rafael Bello Andino, quien fue secretario particular del presidente Joaqu\u00edn Balaguer y a su vez uno de sus hombres de confianza.<\/p>\n<p>El tambi\u00e9n dirigente pol\u00edtico del Partido Reformista Social Cristiano (PRSC) se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como ministro de la Presidencia y ocup\u00f3 otros cargos en la gesti\u00f3n del fallecido expresidente Balaguer.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente, fue presidente y miembro fundador de la Fundaci\u00f3n Joaqu\u00edn Balaguer, entidad de la que actualmente era vocal.<\/p>\n<p>Bello Andino comenz\u00f3 a trabajar con el expresidente en el a\u00f1o 1956 y se mantuvo a su lado por toda su carrera pol\u00edtica. Estuvo fuera de la vida activa en la fundaci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En el tercer mandato de Joaqu\u00edn Balaguer (1986-1996), luego de Jorge Blanco, este tuvo como secretario de la Presidencia. Era un hombre de estricta confianza y mano derecha durante d\u00e9cadas del exmandatario Joaqu\u00edn Balaguer.<\/p>\n<p>En noviembre del a\u00f1o 2021 se conoci\u00f3 que el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Luis Abinader, aument\u00f3 la pensi\u00f3n que recib\u00eda Rafael Humberto Bello Andino a RD$ 150,000.
